Hadi Soemarsono was born in Surabaya in 1962. He is the founder of Sarana Metal Group and has served as its president since its inception.

In 1992, Hadi Soemarsono established PT Sarana Metal Indah, the pioneering subsidiary specializing in iron and steel supply. He continues to serve as the president director of PT Sarana Metal Indah to this day.

He also holds the position of president commissioner in the following companies:

• PT Sarana Putera Metal (2005 - present)
• PT Sarana Indo Mandiri (2006 - present)
• PT Sarana Anugerahtama Metal (2010 - present)
• PT Sarana Anugerah Lestari (2012 - present)

Director

Gunawan Wukirman was born in Bagansiapiapi in 1962. He has 14 years of experience working at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. He joined Sarana Metal Group in 2005 and currently serves as the Director of PT Sarana Putra Metal.

Donna Gultom was born in Pematang Siantar in 1977. She began her career in the iron and steel construction industry from the outset.

In 2006, she advanced her career by taking on the role of marketing at PT Sarana Putra Metal for 4 years. In 2010, she transitioned to the role of director at PT Sarana Anugerahtama Metal, where she has served as a board director ever since.

Director

Ernawati Wijaya was born in Sidoarjo in 1979. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Widya Mandala University Surabaya in 2002.

Before joining the company, she worked at PT Sinarozora Lestari and UD Kristal. She continued her career by joining the company in 2006 at PT Sarana Putra Metal.

In 2010, she became a member of the board of directors. Currently, she serves as the director at PT Sarana Suksestama Sejahtera.

Director

Stevanny Hiendarto was born in Jember in 1981. She studied accounting and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya in 2004.

Before joining the company, she started her career in the finance division at PT Davinci Collection. She then continued her career with PT Sarana Mandiritama Sejahtera from 2008 to 2015.

Her career advanced significantly, and in 2015, she took on the role of director at PT Sarana Anugerah Sejahtera, also serving as a board member.

Sie Elsye Ernawati was born in Surabaya in 1982. She started her career in the steel industry in 2003 and has continued to build her career in this field ever since.

Elsye began her journey in the business as a purchasing officer at PT Sarana Metal Indah. Her skills and business acumen led to a steady career advancement, eventually reaching the position of director at PT Sarana Metal Indah.

She has served as a member of the board of directors since 2015 and continues in this role to this day.

Carlson Soemarsono was born in Surabaya in 1993. He earned a Bachelor of Business degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2014 and completed his Master of Property at the same institution in 2016.

Before joining the company, Carlson worked for a property company in Melbourne, Australia, starting in 2014. He first assumed a position on the board of directors in 2017.

Currently, Carlson is part of the board of directors at Sarana Metal Group, holding the positions of Director at PT Sarana Indo Mandiri and Commissioner at PT Sarana Metal Indah.

Ruth Yuliani was born in Surabaya in 1977. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Petra Christian University Surabaya in 1999.

Since joining the company in 2012, Ruth has held various roles, including Head of the Purchasing Division at PT Sarana Mandiritama Sejahtera. In 2018, she became a member of the board of directors.

Currently, she serves as the Director at PT Sarana Metal Jayatama.

Mein Ermawati was born in Solo in 1977. She began her career in the steel industry in 2015 and has continued to build her career ever since.

She started as a Marketing Manager at PT Sarana Anugerahtama Lestari. Her business skills and expertise led to steady career growth, eventually becoming the Director of PT Sarana Anugerahtama Lestari in 2020.

Mein Ermawati has been a member of the board of directors since 2020.

Nataliya was born in Jember in 1978. She started her career in the steel industry in 2007 and has continued to build her career ever since.

She began as a Marketing professional at PT Sarana Metal Indah. Her business skills and expertise led to significant career growth, eventually becoming the Director of PT Sarana Indo Mandiri in 2021.

Nataliya has been a member of the board of directors since 2021.

Director

Janalwin Gunawan was born in Surabaya on January 20, 1987. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Surabaya in 2004. He then pursued a Master of Management degree at the University of Surabaya, graduating in 2007.

He joined the company in 2007 and has served as the Director of PT Sarana Lubritama Semesta ever since.

Director

Eddy Sutrisno was born in Semarang on July 16, 1951. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University Bandung in 1978.

He worked as a director at PT OKG from 1977 to 1981. Since 2008, he has served as the President Director of PT Edsuko Cipta Prima.
